Founded in 2012, “Nairian” is the first ever Armenian company, manufacturing 100% natural skincare cosmetic products, creating its formulas based on the principles of aromatherapy and deep research. The company has developed a complex of solutions for all skin types and problems, around 60 products, with the first batch being brought to market after four years of research, in October 2015. The products are free from harmful chemicals, artificial flavors or dyes. Around 70% of ingredients are grown in an ecologically clean territory in Kotayk region some 100 kilometers in range.
The founders of the company are Ara and Anahit Markosians, repatriates, who spent 23 years before returning to Armenia, living and working in Silicon Valley, US. Recycling and repurposing, as well as rural community building and creating jobs are in the core of the company’s work style.
